This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription purchases made on Luna Medical Diary (https://gympaglus.learnwithtest.pro/). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

⚠️ Luna is a digital subscription service. Since access to the platform begins immediately upon payment, all sales are generally considered final. However, we provide refunds in specific circumstances as detailed below.

1. Free Trial

All new users receive a 1-day (24-hour) free trial upon registration. We strongly encourage you to use the free trial before purchasing a subscription to ensure Luna meets your needs.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of your request:

Payment charged but subscription not activated due to a technical error on our end. Duplicate payment for the same period. Proven payment gateway error or double charge.

⚠️ Case-by-Case Basis

Request made within 24 hours of first-time subscription purchase. Serious platform malfunction preventing all access for more than 72 consecutive hours after multiple reports.

❌ Not Eligible

Change of mind after the 24-hour window. User has actively used the service (added entries or files). Subscription purchased for someone else. Forgetfulness or accidental purchase (beyond 24 hours).

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, we process it as follows:

Review (1–3 business days)

We will review your request, verify the payment, and assess eligibility. We will respond to your email with our decision.

Approval confirmation

If approved, we will notify you by email and initiate the refund through Razorpay.

Refund credited (5–7 business days)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, bank account, or wallet).

⏱ Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. The actual credit may take additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Total timeline: up to 10–12 business days from request approval to amount appearing in your account.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Cancelling Your Subscription

Luna subscriptions are currently one-time purchases (not auto-renewable). This means there is no recurring charge to cancel. Your access simply expires at the end of your subscription period.

If you do not wish to continue, simply do not renew your subscription when it expires. No action is required to "cancel".

5.2 Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion is irreversible. Deleting your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.
